This holiday season, we're shaking things up with our new end-of-year campaign. You know how it usually goes – bosses pick the gifts, leaving employees on the receiving end without much say. Well, not this time!

This year, we're placing the spotlight on the ones who truly matter – the employees. It's time for them to have a voice and receive gifts that resonate with their desires and aspirations. And that’s why we're here to change the game and ensure that the gifts they’ll receive are not just meaningful but also something they actually want.

The Concept:

Our EOY campaign is all about making wishes come true. The campaign centers around the idea of employees expressing their desires to their boss through a personalized wishlist. We believe that by giving our team members the opportunity to share their preferences, we can create a more meaningful and impactful gift-giving experience.

To bring this campaign to life, we've enlisted the perspectives of four diverse employees: Christopher, Michael, Zoé, and Charlotte. Whether they're junior or senior, 9-to-5 or remote, each employee has a unique point of view, ensuring a well-rounded representation of our workforce.

The Content:

The heart of our campaign lies in the creation of four engaging videos, each featuring one type of employees crafting and sharing their ultimate wishlist with their boss. These videos, along with related content, will be shared throughout the month of November on our various platforms (Linkedin, Instagram, website, newsletters). By showcasing the diverse range of preferences and aspirations, we hope to inspire employees from all around the world & encourage a more thoughtful and personalized approach to gift-giving.
