A word from our founders.

Reflecting on the year gone by, let's take a moment to look back.

Dear all,

In September, we organized a company retreat at the Belgian coast during which we embarked in an amazing introspection. Who are we as a business?

The conclusion led us to one phrase. It was initially meant for internal use, but we’re happy to share it with you now: A caring & dedicated team positively disrupting the merch industry.

2023 has been pivotal for our little big project. Starting in 2020, we never thought we’d go so far, so fast. The challenge along the way has been to grow, without loosing our initial spirit: to be dedicated but also deeply caring and benevolent in all aspects that matter. And we think we did.

In January, we officially launched in the US, which was a big risk and to be quite honest far from being a walk in the park. But we learned a lot, and are heading into 2024 with strong foundations, partners and clients.

We also launched our new self-service website in the US, allowing our customers to design their own products, get a dynamic pricing and checkout without the annoying back and forth. This will soon be live in Europe, and will hopefully make your purchasing experience even better.

Our catalog grew beautifully in 2023: we onboarded brands we never hoped to work with such as Organic Basics, Pangaia, Caraway, or Kaffeeform. We clearly have set the bar even higher in terms of quality, durability and originality.

Our partnership team grew the ‘Club’, our community of creative agencies, to over 600 members. 20% of our revenue this year came from these partnerships with amazing designers, creatives, freelancers or agencies that we cherish so much.

We had fun documenting our work, putting our projects in the starlight, and creating our end of year campaign. It’s hard to believe, but we now have a community of 35k souls following us on Instagram and LinkedIn.

We worked on 1300 projects, with some of the most amazing brands out there, including New Balance, Institut Français de la Mode, Arc’teryx, Alan, The Hoxton and many more.

Last but not least, our commitment remains intact. The BCorp standards are the backbone of our decision making process, and in 2024 we are ready to question again what it means to change the merch industry.
